The preferential rates depend on the age of your account, and more specifically on the date your account was created, as well as on your automatic renewal option.
To benefit from preferential rates, this option must be activated.
- I had preferential rates that I've lost
If you have deactivated the automatic renewal of your previous subscription, your preferential rates due to your seniority are no longer applied.
By taking out a new subscription and leaving automatic renewal activated, you will regain your rates when you renew.
- How do I know if I have preferential rates?
To find out, please consult the rates applied to your account, which can be accessed from your account settings in the subscription section, and compare them with the rates in force in your country.
