In accordance with these regulations, the user's data are permanently deleted from our servers after 18 months from the date of deletion of the account made by the user.
This period meets the retention periods established by the CNIL, Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, but also the decree No. 2011-219 of February 25, 2011 on the retention and communication of data that can identify any person who has contributed to the creation of content posted online.
This legal retention period is imposed on us in order to be able to provide all the information requested by the authorities in case of judicial requisition.
