Delete my account (mobile version)

You can delete your account from your Settings, or if you encounter a problem, send us a request from the Support section of the site.  

  • I can access my account

 You need to be logged in to carry out the operation explained below: 

  • Select the square at the top left of the Wyylde logo
  • Select Settings, at the bottom of the Menu page that opens
  • Then select Security
  • Select Delete my account

  • What if I want to recover my account? 

If you wish to recover your account, all you have to do is send a message to our customer service department, via the Support section of the site, or via the contact form in our FAQ. 

Please note that once your username has been deleted, it becomes available. This means that a new user will be able to use it, making it impossible to reactivate.

Deleting an account will suspend automatic renewal!

  • I cannot access my account

If you are unable to delete your account for various reasons relating to access to your account, you can send a deletion request to our service via the e-mail address

Your request must include the following information: 

To identify your account: your username and the e-mail address linked to your account.

For security purposes, in order to identify you as the owner of the account 

  • the last 4 numbers of the bank card used in the case of subscription, and its validity date 
  • a photo of your ID if you do not have this information, or if you did not previously subscribe.
