There are two ways to change your password.
- You are logged in to your account
If you have access to your account, you need to log in. You then need to go to your Settings, then to the Security section, as shown below, then select Change, in the Password line.
Your old password will be asked for security reasons.
- You are not logged in to your account
If you no longer have access to your account, you need to go to the "forgotten password" option on the home page of the site.
Then enter the e-mail address linked to your account to receive an e-mail resetting your password. Follow the instructions to change your password.
You will not be asked for your old password, as the e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address linked to your account, to which you have secure access.
- I am not logged in and I no longer have access to my e-mail address
If you no longer have access to your account and the address associated with your account is no longer an address to which you have access, you should contact our service. We will then be able to change your e-mail address so that you can follow the instructions on this page and reset your password.
