I don't receive the email to reset my password

If you have requested a password reset and still have not received the reset email, check the contents of your "spam", "junk mail" and "social networks" categories in your mailbox.


If after checking these categories you still have not received the password reset email, it is possible that you have previously blocked emails from wyylde or that your provider has blocked emails from wyylde, you must in this case contact customer support so that it can be checked and possibly restore the transmission to your mailbox.
