If you can no longer access your contact email used to create your account, you can no longer receive emails from wyylde customer service or any other notification from the website such as password reset email or information about your subscription.

If you write to us from a different email address than the one attached to your account we need to identify you as the account owner.

So that we can help you find your account, please send us via contact_web@wyylde.com :

- Your username

- The email address linked to the account to which you no longer have access

- The last 4 credit card numbers with the expiration date used to subscribe to your account 

- (A copy of your ID can be requested for further information)
