Reactivate my deleted account

To reactivate a deleted account, you need to send a request to our Customer Service department, via the Support section of the site.  

There are a number of conditions to be met, as well as information to be provided.

  • Conditions :

In the first two cases, your account cannot be reactivated.

  • The account must not have been deleted for more than 18 months, because once the legal deadline has passed your account will be permanently deleted from the site. 
  • Your username (which must be available while your account is being deleted) must not have been used by another member to create a new account.
  •  If you have another account associated with the same email address as your deleted account, a block will prevent it from being reactivated, and our team will guide you in making the necessary changes.

  • Information to be provided

  • To identify your account: your username and the e-mail address linked to your account.
  • For security purposes, in order to identify you as the owner of the account 

                - the last 4 numbers of the bank card used for subscriptions, and its expiry date 

                - a photo of your ID if you do not have this information, or if you did not previously subscribe.
