Delete my account

You can delete your account from your My settings, or if you encounter a problem, send us a request from the Support section of the site.


  • I have access to my account

To do this, you need to be logged in to your account and go to your settings. Then go to the Security section, scroll down to "Delete my account" and select "Delete", as shown below :



A new window will appear, in which for security reasons you will need to confirm your username and password. 

In addition, and in order to improve our service, you will be asked to request your deletion.


  • What if I want to recover my account? 

If you wish to recover your account, simply send a message to our customer service department, via the Support section of the site, or via the contact form in our FAQ.


Please note that once your account has been deleted, your nickname becomes available. This means that a new user will be able to use it, making it impossible to recover.

Deleting an account will suspend automatic renewal.

  • I cannot access my account

If you are unable to delete your account for various reasons relating to its access, you can send a deletion request to our service via the e-mail address contact_web@wyylde.com.


Your application must include the following information : 

To identify your account: your username and the e-mail address linked to your account.

For security purposes, in order to identify you as the owner of the account 

                - the last 4 numbers of the bank card used for subscriptions, and its validity date 

                - a photo of your ID if you do not have this information, or if you did not previously subscribe.
