Take a screenshot (mobile version)

Modified on Fri, 19 Jan at 2:47 PM

Screenshots are recordings of the image displayed on the screen in the form of a photo file.

There are many different ways of taking a screen capture, depending on the device used.

  • When can a screen capture be useful?

Our service may ask you to send one or more photo screenshots in the event of a bug being reported or a member being reported.

This enables our team to see the problem clearly, or the reason for the report, and to understand it more quickly so that we can give you the best possible guidance and take action if necessary.

Sometimes, and for a variety of reasons, it is not possible to take a photo screen capture, which is why you may be asked to take a video screen capture. In this way, we can see the path you have taken and understand the origin of a reported problem.

WARNING!

Stealing content using this method is still theft, and may be punishable by law and sanctioned by our moderation team.

To do this, press the volume down button and the on/off key on the phone at the same time.  You can also use the current menu, by swiping your screen

  • From an iPhone

From an iPhone, you need to press the side button and the main button at the same time to take a screenshot.
